Full Clear Naxx: 3 Hours 30 Minutes
While it was a fairly quick run, it was by no means a clean run and certainly could have been a lot better as well if you look at these DPS reports (clicky!). I’m at a loss. What do you do when you have cruddy DPS dragging the raid down?
If you /gkick then who will we replace them with? Sure I want another DPS, but we don’t have another DPS in the guild atm. Is this a point at which you recruit people? If so, then how many do you recruit? If you recruit too many, you never have shortages, but never form a core group so to speak. If you recruit but don’t /gkick and go “See this new DPS? He is better than you and will be taking your spot unless you can shape it up!” Ideally I would prefer the later of the choices as it would seem to create less of a hostile situtation if you did have to /gkick…. “I already warned you, this is not up for discussion, your DPS is no better than before.” On the flip side though, the new recruit see shitty DPS and goes wow this guild sucks and wants to switch again.

Hi! Welcome to raiding. Today we have a comic that exhibits a typical raid. I sometimes feel like our raid exhibits these behaviors. Maybe not all the time but there are some people… I think they used this comic as a guide to get into raiding.

I personally agree with this guy 101%. People that are just plain stupid and are too stupid to admit and screw everyone else over in the process should just be kicked. Anyways. I need to draft up a letter and farm some G later on today.
